choose an alphabet (info about alphabets)

If a reduced alphabet (instead of "default 20 aa") is chosen, VisCoSe additionally computes a translated alignment and consensus sequence. The 20 aa consensus is presented beneath the translated consensus (including conservation graph) for better illustration of both sequences.
